Message	it is obvious to me that this guy will only be in business for as long as he can find people who dont find out about his reputation. He clearly doesn't understand the whole concept of being "professional" Sad really, but a real statement on the times we live in, more and more people go thru life without ever having to grow up. If it's not Ron Artest acting like a punk 12 yr old and then claiming he was the victim, it's small business owners who cant shrug off PITA customers and just deal with it as a fact of small-business-life. To think there are 20 yr old kids dying horrible deaths overseas right now so we can behave like this.
